I have been using the Nasalflow for over 2 years, and I truly cannot exercise without it! It has significantly improved my ability to maintain nose breathing throughout my workouts, particularly during heavier lifting sessions. Recently, I lost my band, and I tried going to the gym without it. I noticed a big difference. My workout was terrible, breathing was off, and it really impacted my performance. I was also very distracted trying to focus so much on my breathing - with the nasalflow, it feels much more natural to nose breathe since it opens the nasal cavity, and I can focus on other elements of my form. So, I was excited to buy a new starter kit with their awesome new packaging! With the different sizes included in the starter kit, I have also encouraged by boyfriend to try it out - I've noticed he doesn't snore when he wears it at night! Thank you!

I rarely write reviews and when i do it's because i really like the product. I love to cycle but i noticed that i breathe through my mouth 90% of the time, so i looked online for solutions and found this, the Nasalflow. After using it for the first time i didn't breathe through my mouth once, the amount of air you can take it is amazing!

Glad to be able to breath again. Used the strips to sleep and was impressed with how strong the tabs where and how much more i can breathe through my nose. Used NasalFlow during my bike rides both endurance and tempo rides, super impressed with it. Completed a 4 hour ride in south Florida heat and no issues. Make sure to wipe clean nose area before putting on, will improve stickyness.
